The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to sale items purchased on ciscacecil.com. By completing a purchase during any sale period, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these term.

Purchase Location
All sale items are available for purchase exclusively through our official website at ciscacecil.com.

No Alterations, Exchanges, or Returns
Once a sale item has been purchased, it cannot be sent for alterations, exchanged, or returned. Please ensure you carefully select your items and confirm your order before completing your purchase.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any sale items purchased. All sales are final.

Indication of Issues
Items with any defects or issues will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please review the product description and details carefully before making a purchase.

Reference Photos
Photos uploaded on our website are for reference purposes only. Actual items may differ slightly in shades and colors due to lighting, fabric, display settings, and other factors.

Shipping
For international shipping we charge a flat rate for up to 2KG. For orders exceeding 2KG, additional fees will be communicated to the client accordingly.

Delivery Timeframe
Deliveries of sale items will commence after the sale period ends. Deliveries within Lagos take 2 to 3 working days. Deliveries outside Lagos but within Nigeria take 3 to 5 working days. International deliveries take 5 to 7 working days.

Customs & Duties Charges

Almost all shipments crossing international borders outside Nigeria are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Ciscacecil has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In rare cases where your package arrives from multiple locations due to stock availability, duties may apply depending on your shipping address.

Pickups

Our flagship store in Lekki, Lagos is open for pickups. You can find us at No. 8 Fola Osibo, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
