Please read carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from ciscacecil.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be promptly communicated to the customer. Ciscacecil is not liable for any inconveniences resulting from such delays.
Delivery within Lagos: 1 to 2 working days
Delivery outside Lagos but within Nigeria: 3 to 5 working days
International delivery: 5 to 7 working days
Customer Communication
Effective communication is essential to us. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for any inquiries or concerns. We aim to respond promptly and address all issues to the best of our ability.Please note that the use of abusive, offensive, or disrespectful language toward any member of our team will not be tolerated. Ciscacecil reserves the right to discontinue any order immediately in such instances, without liability for any refund or compensation.
Privacy & Data Security
Customer information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We comply with data protection regulations, ensuring the secure storage and handling of all personal information.
Customs & Duties Charges
Almost all shipments crossing international borders outside Nigeria are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Ciscacecil has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. All customs and duties charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Pickups
Our flagship store in Lekki, Lagos is open for pickups. You can find us at No. 8 Fola Osibo, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Please call ahead to book an appointment for a consultation if this is the service you prefer. We encourage all urgent orders to be placed in advance so we can deliver the best possible experience for you.
Quality Assurance
All Ciscacecil products undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment. If a defective item is received, customers must notify us promptly for resolution. Photographic evidence or return of the item may be requested for assessment purposes.
Exchange Policy
Measurements Issue:
If an issue arises due to incorrect measurements provided by the client, an exchange for the correct size will only be processed after the original item has been sold. Refunds are not available in this instance.
Size Chart Orders:
Exchanges for orders placed using our size chart, where the wrong size was confirmed by the client, are limited to items currently available in store. If the new item costs less than the original, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit for future use.
Size Chart Reference:
Please refer to our size chart available in our highlights or provided via chat. Items returned for adjustments due to incorrect sizing will incur alteration charges, and the client is responsible for all associated delivery fees.
Shipping
For international shipping, we charge a flat rate for up to 2KG. For orders exceeding 2KG, additional fees will be communicated to the client and must be settled before delivery commences.
Production Timeframe
Standard production takes 10 to 20 working days. Express production options are available for items needed urgently. Please await the creation of your invoice and carefully review all order details before making payment. Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.
Refund Policy
Ciscacecil does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only. A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the amount paid before any refund is processed.
These terms and conditions are designed to ensure clarity and professionalism in all our transactions. Failure to read this policy will not be considered an exonerating factor in any dispute.
